Delete your Pikiko account
You can request deletion of your Pikiko account from the web or from the app. For security, you must sign in to the account you want deleted.
Request deletion
- Sign in to Pikiko.
- Open Profile → Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE and submit the request.
What happens to your data?
The request closes your account and removes your profile from normal Pikiko use. Eligible personal information is deleted or de-identified through Pikiko's deletion process. Some records may be retained for a limited period where they are needed for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or record-keeping obligations.
